This resource will be highlighted from now on in the new "Upcoming Events" box on the right sidebar of every Real Warriors e-mail update. | | | Additional Resources | | We hope veterans will find the new features on our website useful, but we want to remind you of the veterans' resources we have provided since day one: Happy Veterans Day, and thank you for your service! | | | | Partner Spotlight |  | The goal of the the Wingman Project is to eliminate warrior and family member suicide through human outreach, media and training. Every warrior, family member or friend can learn to recognize the warning signs of someone at risk of suicide and be ready to intervene to save a life by utilizing the tools that the Wingman Project offers both online and through outreach, and using the A.C.E. (Ask Care Escort ) framework. The Wingman Project offers individual online and unit trainings, as well as state-specific websites to find help, tools and local resources in 54 Air National Guard states and territories.
  | | Hearts of Heroes PSA |  | | Your Profile Here | Sharing stories lets warriors know that they are not alone in dealing with a psychological wound or traumatic brain injury. Talking about the psychological effects of war on service members openly breaks down stigma. Learning what others are doing to address these issues creates new opportunities for healing.
