Angel Kisses is a support program for families of all North Dakota service members
that are expecting or have had a baby during a deployment. Angel Kisses is a group of dedicated volunteers through Soldiers’ Angels that shower "love" on new babies and their families. This love is usually in the form of clothing, gift certificates,
diapers, formula and good old fashioned letters of encouragement.
