Founder's Notes

Dear Friends of America's Troops, We need your help! Thanks to wonderful people like you, Soldiers' Angels has packed and sent tens of thousands of Wrapped in Holiday Spirit care packages so far.  Some of them have already arrived, and it is so wonderful to hear of the joy and comfort these packages bring! "Christmas came early this year and I just wanted to say thank you.  If only you could have seen the looks on my troops' faces when all those boxes came in.  I have never seen such a giddy group of grown men…Hope you all have a wonderful holiday season, ours just got a whole bunch better."  - CW2 Hobin, Afghanistan   And thanks to tireless Angels who worked so hard making blankets, doing item drives and writing notes, we have 40,000 more care packages sitting in the warehouse—we have need more postage!  We must raise $150,000 by Saturday to send out the remaining 40,000 care packages to will arrive in time. I know we can do this.  If everybody reading this stands wingtip to wingtip and gives just what they are able—no more, no less--we will have enough to send all 40,000 packages, and even a bit more!                                               Wonderful people like you have accomplished amazing things for our troops this year.
